Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item:
- Is unused and in its original condition.
- Includes all original packaging.
- Shows no signs of wear, damage, or use.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
How to start a return
To help us process your return as quickly as possible, please don't send your item back without first submitting a return request. Customers who wish to exercise their right of withdrawal can do so by following the same process below. Unannounced returns cannot be accepted or refunded.
Here's how it works:
- Submit your request by either:
- Logging in to your VOVIA account and selecting the relevant order; or
- Visiting our Help Center.
- We'll review your request and send you the appropriate return instructions.
- Carefully pack your item in its original packaging and return it using a shipping provider of your choice.
- Once your return has arrived and has been inspected, we'll process your refund in accordance with our return conditions.
We'll keep you updated throughout the process, so you'll always know what to expect.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is incorrect, damaged, or defective, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we've reviewed your request, we'll provide the correct return address and instructions. Return shipping costs vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier you choose.
Refunds
Once we've received and checked your return, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days before the funds appear in your account.

- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Returns that do not meet the conditions above may be declined.
