Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before being handed over to one of our trusted shipping partners. Estimated transit times vary by destination:

Shipping costs

We offer free shipping on all orders over €40 / $45.
For orders below this amount, shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on your destination.

All shipping costs are clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. No hidden shipping fees. No surprises. However, all international orders are shipped DDU (Duties and Taxes Unpaid), meaning any inbound duties, taxes, or customs fees are the recipient's responsibility.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. From there, you can follow your order every step of the way until it arrives at your doorstep.

Undeliverable and returned parcels

If your tracking shows your parcel is on its way back to us, email support@voviabags.com with your order number and we will sort it out. Returned through no fault of yours, such as a routing issue or a carrier restriction: we reship free of charge, or refund you in full including shipping. Your choice. Returned because the address you entered was incomplete or incorrect: that one is on you. Confirm the correct details and we reship, with the second shipment at your cost. Prefer not to? We refund the product value. Shipping is not refunded. We hold returned parcels for 30 days from the day they arrive back at our warehouse. Get in touch within that window so we can still reship or refund.

Your address is entered by you, so please double check your street, house number and phone number at checkout. It is the single biggest cause of a parcel not arriving.
