1. Can I return my product?

We want you to love your purchase.
If for any reason you’re not 100% satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition.

As a small business, we kindly ask customers to cover the return postage when the original order was shipped free of charge.


2. How do I start a return?

To ensure your return is processed correctly, please do not send back any items without first contacting us. Unannounced parcels cannot be accepted or refunded.

Here’s how to start your return:

  1. Send an email to support@voviabags.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.

  2. Our customer care team will review your request within 1–2 business days and send you the correct return instructions.

  3. Once approved, carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging and ship them using your local post office.

  4. After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange in accordance with our return conditions.


3. Return Conditions

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and include all original packaging.

  • We do not accept returns that are sent back without prior approval from our support team.

  • Packages returned using C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) will not be accepted.

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
