Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs are free above €40 or $45

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Most orders arrive in 3–7 business days. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.

What are Vovia bags made of?

Our bags are made from premium vegan or genuine leather — soft, and built to last.

Can I return my order?

Yes! You can return within 30 days if the item is unused and in original condition. Email us at support@voviabags.com.

I didn't receive an order confirmation?

After you have ordered from our online shop, you will receive an order confirmation by email. If you have not received this within an hour of placing your order, there could be one of the following reasons:

Did the email end up in the SPAM folder of your email account?
Maybe you entered the wrong email address?

If none of the described cases apply, please contact our support (support@voviabags.com), it may be that the order was not completed successfully.

Where is my package?

As soon as your order has been packed and is ready to be shipped, you will receive a confirmation by email. For shipments sent with DHL, a tracking number is available.
If your shipment has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch (after receiving the shipping confirmation by email), please contact our customer support (support@voviabags.com), we will be happy to help you
